Multipakend is one of Estonia's leading packaging manufacturers, supplying high-volume industrial clients across Europe.
Their operations span everything from quotations and production planning to materials, logistics and reporting - a complex ecosystem that had outgrown its old, locally installed software.
We built a comprehensive web-based ERP system that connects every department and process from sales to warehouse into one unified platform, accessible securely from anywhere and by everyone in the company.
The Challenge
Multipakend had relied on a legacy Windows native system that could only be used from specific office computers.
As the company grew, this limited accessibility created bottlenecks in communication and coordination between teams.
They needed a modern solution that could:
- Replace the outdated local system with a browser-based, company wide platform
- Manage quotations, production, planning, materials, and orders in one place
- Provide real-time visibility into operations and performance
- Support user roles, permissions and secure remote access
- Integrate AI features to automate repetitive administrative work, such as reading and processing material delivery notes
Our Approach
We designed and developed a fully custom ERP system, built from scratch to reflect Multipakend's actual production flow - not force it into generic templates.
Key components include:
- Sales and quotation modules that connect directly to production planning
- Production and capacity management tools for live tracking and optimization
- Warehouse and materials control with full traceability from supplier to product
- Analytics and reporting dashboards for real-time insight
- User management and permissions for teams across departments
- AI-powered document automation that reads and inputs material delivery notes automatically
The system runs entirely in the browser, giving every employee, from sales to factory floor, secure access to the same data and tools wherever they are.
The Outcome
The new ERP has replaced Multipakend's old Windows-based system and now serves as the central nervous system of the company.
