Stell (formerly ISS Estonia) is one of the largest facility management and property maintenance companies in Estonia, serving over 500 clients and managing more than 300 apartment associations.
Saago is a facility maintenance platform that connects buildings, devices, technicians and subcontractors in one system. Work order planning, maintenance schedules, device tracking, quotation management - all in one place.
We manage and develop the Saago platform for Stell. We provide daily support, fix issues, build new features and make sure the platform serves its users well.
The Challenge
Saago is a live product with paying users and daily needs. Managing a live platform means:
- Learning the existing codebase - architecture, business logic, data models and integrations.
- Meeting user expectations - users depend on the platform daily. No downtime or quality drops allowed.
- Understanding domain logic - facility maintenance is a specific domain with its own rules and workflows.
